Booking Method
All reservations received after March 10, 2026 will be accepted on a space available basis and only at the Hotel’s then prevailing Best Available Rate. Group rate may not be available.

TPSA does not assign room numbers and cannot guarantee that a chapter’s rooms will be located near each other, regardless of the reservation method used. Proximity requests are subject solely to hotel availability at the time of booking.
Register under your School
When making the reservation, you must list the School Name exactly as it appears on your TPSA registration.
- Do not use the District Name.
- Do not reserve rooms for non-TPSA participants (family/friends).
- Book only the specific number of rooms needed for your headcount.
Register Your Rooms
The host hotel has sufficient room inventory to accommodate all TPSA competitors, advisors, administrators, and bus drivers. Pre-blocking or holding excess rooms creates artificial shortages and prevents other chapters from securing required lodging. Advisors should make every reasonable effort to fill all reserved rooms to capacity when possible, or release un-used rooms.
Guarantee with a Credit Card
Provide a major credit card to guarantee the reservation. Please note the payment schedule:
- 72 Hours Prior to Arrival: The card will be charged for the first night’s room and tax.
- Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid this penalty.
Rooming List in myTPSA
Every individual staying in the hotel (students, advisors, drivers, administrators) must be a registered conference attendee.
Pre-Arrival (Due March 23)
You must create your room list in myTPSA and assign specific occupants to each room entry. This log must be complete by the deadline to be eligible for hotel check-in.
On-Site (Upon Arrival)
Once you physically check in at the front desk, you are required to log back into myTPSA and enter the specific Hotel Room Number for each room entry.
Hotel Check-In
- Check-In Time: 4:00 pm
- Check-Out Time: 12:00 pm (Noon)
Additional accommodations for varying check-in and check-out times for Groups will not be made without prior written consent from the Hotel. Hotel, at its discretion, may charge additional fees if a Group fails to observe and comply with the Check-Out time. Baggage storage for early arrival is available for a small handling fee. TPSA is not responsible for baggage storage.
