2026 State Conference rates
Conference
Chapters must maintain a minimum 1:15 chaperone-to-student ratio at all times. All chaperones must be registered in myTPSA.

Attendees registered as a Bus Driver will NOT recieve any conference materials or lunches. However, you must register bus drives and assign them rooms in your rooming list if you will have them.
Hotel
All rooms at the hotel are $186 before taxes and fees.
- King Room: 2 Occupants
- Double Queen: 4 Occupants
Addons
Payments
- Payment is required for each registered attendee, regardless of attendance.
- Chapters with outstanding balances will not be permitted to register for or attend any TPSA events, including competitions.
- Advisors are responsible for ensuring full payment for all registered attendees.
- Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date or at least 48 hours before the competition, whichever comes first.
- Chapters with unpaid invoices will be ineligible to compete at regional or state competitions until the balance is paid in full.
- All attendees must be registered in the conference registration system before the conference. No on-site registration will be available.
