Guidelines for practicing at the hotel and convention center
Competitors are not permitted to practice, rehearse, or conduct run-throughs in hallways, parking lots, parking garages, stairwells, common areas, or any location outside of their assigned hotel room. Practice is restricted to inside the competitor’s own hotel room only.
This policy is in place to ensure safety, maintain a professional environment, and respect hotel guests and staff. Failure to comply may result in penalties up to and including disqualification, as determined by TPSA.
