Student-to-Advisor Ratio Policy

To ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of all participants, TPSA requires a minimum 15:1 student-to-advisor ratio at all TPSA events. Each chapter must provide an adequate number of advisors or chaperones to meet this ratio before students are allowed to participate. Chapters that fail to meet the required ratio may be restricted from competing or participating until proper supervision is arranged. Advisors are expected to remain on-site and accessible at all times to provide oversight, respond to emergencies, and support student conduct in accordance with TPSA guidelines.
